A.B. City Real Estate LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. By accessing or using our website and related services (“Services”) you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information we collect

Our site contains a single enquiry form where you can voluntarily provide:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Message (free-text enquiry)
  • Newsletter consent (checkbox to opt in to receive marketing emails featuring the latest property listings and special offers)

When you browse our site we also collect certain technical data via cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below), including IP address, browser type and referral information.

Legal bases for processing

  • Contract - responding to your enquiry.
  • Consent - sending newsletters (you may withdraw at any time).

How long we keep information

Enquiry records are retained for 12 months after our last communication, then deleted or anonymised. Newsletter subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs and analytics data are erased or aggregated after 14 months.

Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only:

  • When you have asked or consented for us to do so.
  • With trusted service providers (hosting, CRM, email platforms) who act on our instructions and under confidentiality agreements.
  • To comply with a legal obligation or protect our rights, property or safety.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@cityrealestate.com.cy. We will respond in accordance with applicable data-protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
To request permanent deletion of the data you gave us (including any Facebook-sourced data), email us with the subject line “DELETE MY DATA” and we will erase it and confirm within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe that we have inadvertently received information about a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.
